Player development
Coach Curriculum
Do you struggle to communicate with your players or struggle to help them consistently develop? In this course you will get major keys for your own personal development as a coach and/or trainer.
As a young coach, I struggled with moving too quickly and failing to properly communicate small details. I was always frustrated with my players until I realized that the problem was not with them. It was with my lack of ability to clearly communicate. I learned to include them, ask questions, create dialogue, and prioritize their understanding rather than only focus on my own ego.
